Cancellation Policy
Your appointment is very important to me. Time is set aside just for you to relax and enjoy. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary and I request at least 24 hours notice before cancellation, otherwise a cancellation fee of 100% will be charged and 100% for no call, no shows of the reserved service(s) amount. New clients who are no call/no shows will not be welcomed back. When appointments are made within the 24 hour period and need to cancel, the client then must cancel within 2 hours of the appointment time or there will be a cancellation fee of 50% for the reserved service amount. Deposits are required for new clients and must be booked and serviced within three months of initial booking date. Be sure to provide your correct email and/or phone numbers when booking online. Courtesy emails and/or texts will be sent out, unless you choose to opt out. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply. I will be asking for a credit card to have on file.
